Wakehurst Place Gardens
Wakehurst Place is located between London and Brighton, in spectacular
Sussex countryside. The gardens are part of the famous 'Royal Botanic
Gardens' of Kew. They are open to the public most days (excluding Christmas & New
Year's day). A seed bank is being constructed here, and will help to
ensure the survival of plant species
Burgess Hill Town Council
Situated in gently rolling countryside with views to
the Sussex Downs to the south and the High Weald to the north it is
a very pleasant place to live. There is pressure for expansion of the
town beyond its present boundaries, but this is being firmly resisted
by the Town Council.
